At Dinemetrics, we work with carefully selected third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to help us deliver our services securely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What is a Subprocessor?
A Subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by Dinemetrics that processes personal data on our behalf to support the delivery of our services. All subprocessors are contractually bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and adhere to GDPR standards.

- Hetzner: Cloud Hosting (EU) - GDPR Compliant DPA
- Dodo Payments: Payment Processing (India) - Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- Fiskaly: Fiscal Compliance (Germany) - GDPR Compliant DPA
- Brevo: Email Delivery (EU) - GDPR Compliant DPA

How We Monitor Subprocessors?

- We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all subprocessors.
- We review subprocessors regularly to ensure continued compliance.
Changes to This List
We may update this list from time to time to add or remove subprocessors. If you are a customer, we will notify you in advance of any material changes, allowing you to object where applicable.
