At Dinemetrics, we work with carefully selected third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to help us deliver our services securely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Qu’est-ce qu’un sous-traitant ?
A Subprocessor is a third-party service provider engaged by Dinemetrics that processes personal data on our behalf to support the delivery of our services. All subprocessors are contractually bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and adhere to GDPR standards.

- Hetzner: Hébergement cloud (UE) – Contrat de traitement conforme au RGPD
- Dodo Payments: Traitement des paiements (Inde) – Clauses contractuelles types (SCC)
- Fiskaly: Conformité fiscale (Allemagne) – Contrat de traitement conforme au RGPD
- Brevo: Envoi d’e-mails (UE) – Contrat de traitement conforme au RGPD

- Pour héberger notre infrastructure cloud.
- Pour traiter les paiements en ligne en toute sécurité.
- Pour gérer les obligations de conformité fiscale (TSE).
- Pour envoyer des e-mails et notifications automatisés.
We ensure that all subprocessors meet the strictest security, privacy, and data protection standards required by GDPR.
Comment surveillons-nous nos sous-traitants ?
- We conduct due diligence before onboarding any subprocessors.
- We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with all subprocessors.
- We review subprocessors regularly to ensure continued compliance.
Modifications de cette liste
We may update this list from time to time to add or remove subprocessors. If you are a customer, we will notify you in advance of any material changes, allowing you to object where applicable.
